Implementation of DynamicFeature. As part of the setup it adds the auth check filter AuthDynamicFeature.AuthCheckFilter for resources that need to have user authenticated. If authentication is not done, request is forwarded to login page.

Shameless copy of AuthDynamicFeature; the two implementations should be merged at some point. The difference is only the log in/log out constant references.
